Shipping policy

We ship within New Zealand Post. A signature is required on delivery of your order, which gives us all some extra security and peace of mind.

Orders are sent using STANDARD delivery which takes 2-3 business days and 2-4 business days for RURAL addresses.

If the recipient is not home when the parcel is delivered, a card will be left for them to arrange re-delivery or collection. If you know that the recipient will not be home, you may authorise us to instruct the courier to leave the parcel at the door (please add a note to your order). Please note that this is done at your own risk.

Order cut-off time is 10h00 for the parcel to be collected by the courier the same day. Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday.

No delivery on public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier company. Once the gift is handed over to the courier company, we have no control over the delivery timing.
